At HeartWear Co., we work hard to make sure your order gets to you quickly, sustainably, and with care. All of our packages are shipped in eco-friendly materials from our studio in Canada.

Shipping within Canada

Free shipping on orders over $200 CAD (before tax, after discounts).

For orders under $200, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the size/weight of your order.

Transit time is usually 3-10 business days, depending on your location.

 

Shipping to the United States

All U.S. orders ship from Canada via multiple carriers — including USPS, Purolator, DHL, and other trusted partners — depending on destination and service availability.

Duties and Import Fees
We’ve got you covered — duties and import fees are prepaid by HeartWear Co. There will be no surprise charges upon delivery.
All shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout for full transparency.

Delivery Times
Typical delivery time to the U.S. is 10–20 business days, depending on the destination.
Please note that customs processing at the border has recently been taking longer than usual due to new U.S. import regulations. While most orders clear quickly, some shipments may experience additional delays that are beyond our control or the carrier’s.

If your order is delayed, rest assured it’s simply waiting for clearance and will continue its journey once released by U.S. Customs. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Delivery time is usually 6–20 business days, depending on the country.
