Hi, we’re Danielle & Roberta

We met online in 2021, both trying to find our footing after loss, burnout, and a few of life’s curveballs. What started as two strangers sharing everyday struggles turned into long talks about strength, comfort, and what it means to feel supported when life gets a bit too much.

We couldn’t find clothing that matched that feeling, something that said “I get it” without any spoken words. So we made it ourselves.

In December 2024, we designed our first piece, the CozyHug Hoodie, a hug you can wear.

We shared our story and mission on social media, with friends, family, and at exhibition events. The response was overwhelmingly positive, many women resonated with our message. With this support, we knew we had to keep going.

From there, HeartWear Co. was born, a brand built around emotional support, community, and intention.

Each piece is ethically made in Canada from sustainable fabrics and designed to bring connection, comfort, and meaning to the everyday moments of real life.
