Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Canadian Orders
Returns
We’re happy to accept returns or exchanges on eligible Canadian orders within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is new and unworn.
Returned items must be:
– unworn, unused, and unwashed
– free of deodorant marks, makeup, stains, pet hair, lint, or odors (including perfume, cologne, smoke, or detergent)
– returned in original condition with tags attached and original packaging intact
Items that show any signs of wear, washing, use, or odor will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
To begin a return or exchange, please email us at info@heartwearco.com and include your order number along with the email address used at checkout. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Once approved, we provide a prepaid printable return label for a flat fee of $15. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds are issued to the original method of payment once your item has been received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Store Credit Option
If you choose store credit instead of a refund, the $15 return label fee will be waived. Store credit never expires.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different size or colour of the same item, subject to availability. If your requested size or colour is unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit instead.
U.S. & International Orders
We do not accept returns or exchanges on U.S. or international orders. Due to high shipping costs and customs duties applied in both directions, international returns are not feasible at this time.
Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item, contact us at info@heartwearco.com within 10 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
