Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

We do not offer exchanges at this time due to limited inventory.

Canadian Orders

We accept returns for store credit only on eligible Canadian orders. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.

Returned items must be:

– unworn, unused, and unwashed

– free of deodorant marks, makeup, stains, pet hair, lint, or odors (including perfume, cologne, smoke, or detergent)

– returned in original condition with tags attached and original packaging intact

Items that show any signs of wear, washing, use, or odor will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Store credit does not expire.


U.S. & International Orders

We do not accept returns or exchanges on U.S. or international orders. Due to high shipping costs and customs duties applied in both directions, international returns are not feasible at this time.


Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item, contact us at info@heartwearco.com within 10 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

 

Final Sale

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.


Additional Information

Returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above will be refused.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@heartwearco.com. We’ll try to accommodate your request if the order hasn’t shipped yet.
