Hi, we’re Danielle & Roberta

We met on social media in 2021 during the pandemic, both navigating our own grief after losing loved ones: Roberta her mom, Danielle her dad.

Alongside these painful losses, we faced other unexpected life challenges, anxiety, burnout, relationship struggles, and emotional overwhelm.

At first, we were just two strangers sharing interests in real estate and fitness. We didn’t plan to start a clothing brand.

We couldn’t find clothing that felt truly supportive or thoughtful for the hard days. We wanted pieces that honoured grief in a meaningful way, without any spoken words.

So, we decided to make our own.

In December 2024, we designed our first piece, the Healing Hearts Hoodie. We shared our story and mission on social media, with friends, family, and at exhibition events. The response was overwhelmingly positive, many women resonated with our message.

With this support, we knew we had to keep going.

HeartWear Co. is more than a clothing brand; we’re building a community rooted in one simple belief: You deserve self-care.

Our clothes are proudly made in Canada using eco-conscious fabrics like bamboo, cotton, and spandex. We partner with local businesses and choose materials that are soft on your skin and kind to the earth.

It’s just the two of us running everything from designing to packing orders with care.

We add special cards to every package because we really mean it when we say we’re grateful for every single order we receive from you. 

This is more than a brand. It’s a community of women walking through grief, mental health struggles, and emotional healing, together.
